"We believe that school should be open to every student regardless of their needs" says Principal Joan Rivers of Creekside Elementary school in Pasadena, TX. The school is the first in the nation to open the entire school to students that have not been potty trained. "It cost us about $4,500 to retrofit the existing restrooms to include more diaper changing stations for the students" says the school district Business Manager David Morris.
