An Environmentalist group from Cedar Rapids Iowa, is convinced that taxing the air, will end global warming.
Head spokespersons Brenda Smith and Desire Stafford of Iowa, believe that taxing the nation based on a percentage of co2 ppm saturation, will help curb the global warming crisis.
The duo also says water could be next.
By taxing the people based on pollution levels, we believe the everyone will do their part to put an end to pollution, says co-founder Deb Gatewood.
After submitting their ideas to President Trump, he quickly got the ball rolling on a new bill that will allow the federal government to levy a tax that will start at 23 percent of the total annual salary of EVERY lower and middle class working American. Oil, Gas, coal and state run companies as well as top polluters such as Dupont, will be immune to these taxes, as well as Americans in higher tax brackets. "Only poor people pollute the environment". This was a quote by Kirk Smith, who spearheaded the entire program.
This bill could go into effect as early as January of 2018, if it makes it through Congress alive.
This bill has potential for a total revenue stream of approximately 72 billion dollars.
